For me, the above quote is profoundly meaningful. My own journey has been enlightening. Having initially completed a law degree, I trained as a chartered accountant in London, working for one of the top four global accountancy firms. However, I have always been interested in personal development and meditation. I completed the Vipassana meditation retreat as well as reading countless self-help books to help me cope with my own personal struggles.
After the sudden death of a close family relative, I realised that I wanted to help others to harness their true potential. I recognise that everyone is different and what may work for one person may not for another. My aim is to help you deal with all the twists and turns that life may throw at you in the most graceful way possible.
I believe that transformation comes from within. In today's fast-paced. the technologically driven world we are often looking for a "quick fix" to life's problems. However, long term change requires commitment, determination, and awareness. As Wayne Dyer once said a person "attracts what they are". My aim with coaching is to help you to make positive changes in your life so you can attract more of what you want.
Over the past few years, I have personally been able to transform how I think about things and this has led me to huge changes in my life. Wellness incorporates both physical and mental elements. As a vegan, I am very conscious of what foods I put in my body and how this affects my energy. I believe that wellness must be approached from a holistic point of view: food, exercise, and lifestyle must also be considered.

My aim is to guide and support you during you journey. I aim to achieve this by evaluating where you want to be in life. Each session I will then monitor the progress of your development and we will work together to help you to achieve your goals.
